Lake Oconee Dentistry Is Hosting A Free Day of Dentistry
For the third year in a row, Lake Oconee Dentistry will touch the lives of more individuals through Dentistry from the Heart. For many years, one of the most rewarding avenues of community support for Drs. David and Patti Bradley has been to treat patients with hardship situations. Now more than ever, there are people in need of dental services but have no means to afford them – whether they are out of a job or experiencing some other serious financial difficulty. Dentistry from the Heart is one of the many ways that Lake Oconee Dentistry will be giving and serving the people in the community again in 2012.
The Lake Oconee Dentistry team of dental professionals and volunteers changed lives during a one-day event on Friday, April 29, 2011 at the office of Drs. David and Patti Bradley. The team treated patients in need of fillings, extractions, and cleanings. The day began at 8 a.m. for the doctors and volunteers who treated 115 patients. Although the date has yet to be determined for 2012, interested patients may download and print Instructions and Registration Forms and submit them to the office. Please remember patients must be at least 12 years of age to be seen, and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under the age of 18.
Dentistry from the Heart is a registered national non-profit organization with a simple mission – making people smile. Founded in 2001 by Dr. Vincent Monticciolo in New Port Richey, Florida, Dentistry From The Heart was created to offer free dental work to aid those in need, including the growing population of under-served Americans. Without sponsored events like Dentistry from the Heart, dental care simply isn’t an option for many people. In the past 10 years, Dentistry from the Heart has helped more than 30,000 patients and provided over $6 million in dental care.
